Do you think Big Foot is real?? Because I just watched a very compelling documentary. The guy who made the doc seemed desperate for his viewers to believe him, so that part was quite annnoying. After 45 minutes, I had a hard time keeping up with his enthusiasm.

Yet…

He did made a somewhat compelling argument for the probable existence of Sasquach.

And to THINK! I live in prime Big Foot territory. How delightful!!! I have yet to decide whether or not I would like to see one while hiking, but the thought gives me great shivers of fear or anticipation, nonetheless.

I’m all about making life simple. Right?? So here is a list of my favorite easy and portable snacks that I’m never without while running about town. 🙂

  • Apples
  • Oranges
  • Bananas
  • Apple Chips
  • Nuts
  • Carrots
  • Cucumbers (I pre-chop these and keep them in a freezer bag in the fridge.)
  • Hard-boiled eggs (You can pre-make these and do a dozen or more at a time. Protein on the go!)
  • Lara Bars (or make your own!)
  • Black Olives
  • Fruit Leather
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Jerky
  • Dried Fruit (apricots, cherries, blueberries, raisins, etc.)
  • Coconut Chips

Super easy to toss into a bag when you head out the door. AND: I’ll throw in an ice pack to keep stuff cool. 😉
